PALS Animal Alliance, helping dogs find their furever homes.
Established in 2013, PALS Animal Alliance (formerly Full Circle Rescue) has supported our local Carroll County Animal Shelter for over a decade.
Our mission is to improve the lives of animals at the Carroll County Georgia Animal Shelter through strategic support and community education—funding shelter needs, supporting foster and transport programs, and educating our community about adoption, responsible pet ownership and the importance of spay/neuter.
While at the shelter, we want the animals to have the best experience we can offer.
We want to help make their stay as short as possible. We cannot do this without you and your support.

Meet Houston
Houston is an almost 1 year old male Hound mix, whose friendly engaging personality is sure to win your heart! This affectionate lovebug will make a wonderful companion, always eager to join you for whatever the day brings - whether that’s a walk around the neighborhood, a jog through the park, or simply relaxing together at home. Playful and full of life, Houston loves chasing balls and has an endearing way of galloping with his front legs stretched out, showing off his joyful spirit. Houston also politely greets other dogs and enjoys running along the fence with nearby pups, showing signs that he is dog-friendly and social. Beneath his playful energy is a sweet, gentle side - he will gladly roll over for belly rubs and soak up all the affection you’re willing to give.
HoundMeet Rizzo
Rizzo is a 1.5 year old female Hound mix with a heart full of love and a gaze that’s impossible to resist. She is a true master of those adoring looks that seem to say “Will you be my person?” - and once you see them, your heart is already hers. Add in her adorable spots and beautiful coloring that perfectly match her charming personality, and Rizzo is simply unforgettable. This sweet girl is social, friendly, happy, and fairly active. She loves going on walks, playing with toys, and excitedly watching (and chasing!) the dogs on the other side of the park fence. Everything about Rizzo reflects her joyful spirit and zest for life, the kind of happiness that keeps you smiling even on the hardest days.
HoundShephardMeet Frodo
Frodo is a 10 month old Shepherd mix with a big smile and an even bigger heart. His joyful energy is absolutely contagious, and it’s impossible not to smile when you’re with him. This friendly pup loves being with people, and he has a sweet way of looking at you that makes you feel like the most important person in the world. Frodo also seems to like other dogs, and one of his favorite activities is to happily run along the fence line with dogs in the adjacent pen. Squeaky toys are another favorite, and watching him chase after them is guaranteed to entertain you. Frodo is the type of pup who will greet you at the door every time, tail wagging with pure excitement at your return (even if you’ve only been gone a few minutes!).
